1. To lead the people of Point of Grace into lifelong commitment to Christian discipleship by developing spiritual roadmaps for children, youth, and adults.
2. To continue to create opportunities for people to connect and experience group life at Point of Grace.
3. To design ministries that address the greatest needs of health and healing in our church and in our community.
4. To call the people of Point of Grace to act on a deeper understanding of the joys and responsibilities of Biblical stewardship.
5. To reach an increasing percentage of our friends, relatives, associates, and neighbors with the gospel.
6. To continue to develop and foster a welcoming environment.
7. To make a significant evangelistic impact on strategic people groups around the world.
8. To extend Point of Grace's ministry by developing innovative ministries to better serve adults under the age of 30 and over the age of 55.
9. To effectively equip the members of Point of Grace to do various works of ministry and to raise the level and distrubution of volunteerism throughout the church.
10. To establish Poing of Grace as a regional church by serving other churches and leaders in our area. We will provide training, support, and resources.
Moving forward in ministry requires active listening to God through prayer and accountability concerning our motivation for what we create as "ministry." What we do in ministry through Point of Grace needs to rest on God's initiative. After careful listening and observation based on the purpose and vision of Point of Grace, we will pursue these ten goals for Point of Grace's next season of ministry.
